Crepe Shabbat

I hosted a Crepe Shabbat because crepes are a very fun and versatile food. Guests took their turn at the stove and filled their savory crepe with a variety of fillings- cheese, vegetables, egg, fish... Then they folded it up, let it cook, and voila! They had a crepe! For dessert, they made sweet crepes with batter I had prepared beforehand, and then filled their crepes with coconut, nutella, chocolate chips, fruit, caramel, jam, honey, or sugar. Guests had the chance to mix and match ingredients and pretend they were sipping their cider and wine by the banks of the Seine River.
