Triple Chocolate Cake
  • 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding (4½ oz.)
  • 1 box devil’s food cake mix
  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1¾ cups milk (soy milk or coffee rich can be substituted)
  • 2 eggs
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix by hand until well blended (meaning with a spoon!).
  3. Pour mixture into greased and floured bundt or tube pan.
  4. Bake for 50-55 minutes (cook 15 minutes in pan, remove and continue baking on a rack or a plate). Do not over bake!

Serve at room temp.
