Triple Chocolate Cake
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding (4½ oz.)
- 1 box devil’s food cake mix
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1¾ cups milk (soy milk or coffee rich can be substituted)
- 2 eggs
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix by hand until well blended (meaning with a spoon!).
- Pour mixture into greased and floured bundt or tube pan.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes (cook 15 minutes in pan, remove and continue baking on a rack or a plate). Do not over bake!
